Adam Fielding

Adam Fielding is a Director at Aurum Engineering with more than 18 years of experience spanning electrical design, project leadership and electrical contracting across Western Australia’s commercial, education, health, defence and major infrastructure sectors.

Adam is widely regarded for his ability to bridge the gap between design intent and construction reality. With a career built in both consulting and electrical contracting, he brings rare end-to-end knowledge of how projects are conceived, procured, delivered, commissioned and operated. This perspective allows him to de-risk delivery, challenge inefficiencies and create smarter pathways from concept to completion.

He has held senior leadership roles on some of Western Australia’s most significant and technically demanding developments, including ECU City Campus, Home Fire, SKAO and major works within the Perth Airport precinct. Across these projects Adam has consistently led multidisciplinary teams, aligned stakeholders and maintained momentum in high-pressure environments where programme, safety and commercial performance are critical.
