Andrew Petrides

Andrew is the founder and director of Aurum Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer registered on the National Engineering Register (NER) and a licensed Security Agent and Security Consultant with the Western Australia Police Force. He has more than 10 years of experience in the engineering, design, management and installation of detailed and bespoke projects across rail, industrial, mining, retail, education, multi-residential, health and commercial sectors.

Andrew’s key strengths include managing the design process from preliminary design through to delivery of large-scale projects, providing clients with exceptional results through persistence and attention to detail. He applies rational logic and functional analysis to propose and deliver value-engineered solutions across every aspect of a project.

Beyond design, Andrew leads, develops and mentors people and teams in the evolving digital realm — pushing boundaries and innovating with 3D resources and digital engineering.
