The hotel features 54 rooms, a wellness facility, gym, restaurant, bar, gallery and conference space.
Aurum Engineering was engaged to provide the electrical engineering services, from finalising the Western Power application for the 1 MVA on-site substation through to the full LV infrastructure, lighting, PV, EV charging and lightning protection.
